Maintenance

Before a new move-in, we will thoroughly inspect the apartment and clean, paint, and replace flooring as needed. 

Yes, we have on-site maintenance.

You may submit an online maintenance request (resident portal) or call the office for assistance. 

Onsite Maintenance will come to your unit, enter and repair

Admin

Tours are free. We welcome you to schedule a tour with us.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins.

Our office is open 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

You can apply for an apartment through the Applicant Portal page.

Once we receive your application, it will take about 2 to 4 business days to be approved.

We will conduct an applicant screening (free to you). We do require that you submit your deposit when you sign the lease.

We recommend that first-time renters come prepared to ask a lot of questions. Our staff will happily answer any and every question you may have.

We accept online payments at this time.

We have partnered up with Rent Cafe and you can submit your rent through your Resident Portal.

If you have a pet or pets, you will have to pay an additional monthly pet rent for each pet. For more info on our pet policy, please refer to our Amenities page.

Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance.

No, utilities are not included in your rent.

Please sign up with PSE for electricity and gas.

Comcast is the internet and cable provider for our residents.

Guests are more than welcome to our community. Guests must abide by our community rules.

No, we do not offer a price reduction if you sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance.

We will treat your transfer from one apartment community to another like a Move-Out/Move-In. Please contact our office if you have any more questions regarding how this will look like.

No, you cannot sublet your apartment. 

The fees you will need to pay if you break your lease will be in the lease terms. For specific details about your lease terms, please contact our office.

Delano Apts has a fitness center, parking, clubhouse, and onsite maintenance/management.

Yes, we have parking available.

Each unit has a washer/dryer hookup in the unit.

Yes, our community is pet friendly. We allow both cats and dogs in our apartments. You can check out our pet policy on our Amenities page for more info.

We do require a deposit for pets. Please see our pet policy on the Amenities page for more info.

We do have weight and breed restrictions for pets, per the city of Redmond's regulations. For more info on our pet policy, please see our Amenities page.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments at this time.

Our quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There are no fees for using communal spaces.

Our fitness center is open 24 hours.

At our fitness center, we have free weights and cardio equipment.

Location

The closest bus stop is 420 feet away on Avondale Way NE and 170th Pl NE.

Our community is close to Microsoft, Anderson Park, & Redwood Transit Center. 

The nearest dog park from Delano is Marymoor Park, 2 miles away.

The closest bike trails near our community are the Bridal Trails or Bear Creek Park.

Our residents commonly shop at Costco, QFC, Safeway, and Redmond Town Center

The nearest coffee shop to our premises is Starbucks. It is 0.2 miles away.
