My wife and I have lived here 5 of the last 7 years. The only bad thing I could say about this place is sometimes the dumpsters overflow. That's it. Everything else is solid. They keep the place clean, safe, and well maintained. When we put in a maintenance call they respond quickly and thoroughly. We've lived in 5 different apartments in 10 years and the staff here is the most personable and helpful we've experienced. Thanks to Jermaine, Paul, and Greg for making this place too good to leave!

We have been residents for six months and can't imagine a better fit. It starts with an attitude of community from the staff. That positive radiates to the resident community. Respect for each resident and resident to resident centers all. And these days isn't that a gift beyond just a roof over your head? We love the Delano!

Beautiful, well-maintained apartments with new appliances and a very very friendly staff. It is one of the most convenient locations in Redmond. The place has a lively vibe and is pretty quiet in spite of being right in the heart of the city.
